When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Frank Falco strives to ship all orders within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a notification and tracking number via email. USPS Priority shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, though delivery times may vary. Please note, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

Is my purchase insured? 

USPS Priority Mail includes insurance up to $100 on all orders. Please note, this insurance is provided through USPS, not directly by Frank Falco. Frank Falco is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Do you ship internationally? 

At this time Frank Falco only ships within the USA, but international shipping can be arranged - just email info@frankfalcojewelry.com.

How do I care for my jewelry?

For gold pieces, mix a small amount of dish soap with warm water and gently scrub with a soft toothbrush, focusing on hard-to-reach areas. Rinse with water to remove excess soap. Avoid getting gemstones (emeralds, pearls, opals, etc.) wet. For specific cleaning tips, the GIA website is a great resource.

Can you do jewelry repairs?

If you are interested in a repair, please send us a photo and description of the damage to info@frankfalcojewelry.com. We will assess the damage and let you know if repair is possible and provide an estimated cost for repair.
