When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Frank Falco strives to ship out all orders within 2 business days. You’ll receieve a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. USPS Priority shipping can take 3-7 business days to arrive (shipping time may vary). We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.
Is my purchase insured?
USPS Priority Mail shipping is insured up to $100 on all orders. All insurance is provided through USPS Priority Mail - not directly through Frank Falco. Frank Falco is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time Frank Falco only ships within the USA, but international shipping can be arranged - just email info@frankfalcojewelry.com.
How do I care for my jewelry?
For gold pieces, mix a small amount of dish soap with warm water and gently scrub your piece with a soft toothbrush. Make sure to use the bristles to get into the tough to reach spots. Rinse with water to remove any excess soap. Do not wet gemstones (emeralds, pearls, opals, etc.). The GIA website is a great resource if you are unsure of a cleaning method for a particular item.

Can you do jewelry repairs?
If you are interested in a repair, please send us a photo and description of the damage to info@frankfalcojewelry.com. We will assess the damage and let you know if repair is possible and provide an estimated cost for repair.
